West Coast Grounds Maintenance is a commercial landscape contractor serving the Southern California area. We are based in Carson, CA and have been in the landscape industry since 1964. We specialize in providing commercial landscape maintenance services, but we are a full service contractor. Our customers include many of Southern California’s premiere companies including several Fortune 500 members. We are licensed, bonded, and insured. Our goal is to provide the highest level of customer service in the industry.

Types of Properties Serviced

We service a variety of different property types including shopping centers, banks, industrial centers, and apartment complexes. Our customers include utilities, property managers/owners, government agencies, and major corporations to name a few. We do not provide residential landscape maintenance services at this time; however, recently we did add residential irrigation repair and installation as part of our services.

Licenses and Certifications

We are a licensed C-27 landscape contractor, our license number is 608079. To check the license status of any contractor visit the Contractor’s State License Board. We are certified by the Supplier Clearinghouse for the Utility Supplier Diversity Program of the Public Utilities Commission as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE). We are also certified as Small Business Enterprise (SBE) by the California Department of General Services.

History

West Coast Grounds Maintenance was originally founded as West Coast Landscape in 1964. The company split a few years later and the maintenance division became West Coast Grounds Maintenance. In 1987 we incorporated under our legal name of WCGM, Inc.; although, we continue to do business as West Coast Grounds Maintenance even today.
